Plan to attend OACTA's Insurance Coverage Seminar on March 23rd! An outstanding program is planned for attorneys and claims executives!
Presentations will address transportation claims, opioid litigation, Ohio risk transfer law, and bad faith law from Ohio and around the country. The do's and don'ts of the tripartite relationship between insurers, insureds and counsel will also be discussed. If your practice includes Insurance Coverage or you are a Claims Executive, this seminar is for you!
Parking Information
Complimentary covered parking is available in the Sycamore Street Garage, just north of Grange. Please collect a parking ticket and bring the ticket to Grange to have it validated at the front reception desk. Enter the building via the main lobby entrance on the ground level, as you will not have access to the building via the walkway.
Continued Education
This course is pending approval by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education and the Kentucky Bar Association for 5.25 total CLE hours instruction, including 1.0 hrs. of attorney professional conduct instruction / ethics. It has been approved for 5.25 specialty CLE hours toward OSBA Insurance Coverage Law Certification.
